This Kamado Joe Classic II Stand-Alone is the successor of Kamado Joe's successful showpiece; the Classic Joe. Thanks to a number of particularly smart innovations, the Kamado Joe Classic II is even more complete than its predecessor. Kamado is the Japanese word for 'stove'. Due to the excellent heat-insulating properties of the ceramic shell (resistant up to about 1000 °C), meat juices are wonderfully preserved, and thanks to the precise control of the airflow, one can also bake pizzas and bread in addition to grilling and smoking.
