The Joe Junior is the smaller variant of the Kamado Joe Classic and weighs only 31 kg, making it easy to move. The grill diameter is 35 centimeters. This is compact, but very suitable for preparing dishes for 3 to 5 people. Kamado is the Japanese word for 'stove'. Due to the excellent heat-insulating properties of the ceramic shell (resistant up to about 1000 °C), meat juices are wonderfully retained, and thanks to the precise control of the airflow, one can also bake pizzas and bread, in addition to grilling and smoking.
