Dual blade / zester & coarse

The Dual Blade grater features two types of blades: ZESTER for grating hard cheese, chocolate, ginger, garlic, herbs, chocolate, truffles, and nuts, and COARSE for grating citrus fruits, peppers, ginger, garlic, coconut, nutmeg, onion, hard cheese, and carrots.

It is dishwasher safe, but to maintain optimal cutting performance, hand washing is recommended.
