Two molds, developed in collaboration with chef Corrado Carosi, allow you to make perfect profiteroles with a capacity of 14 ml and 30 ml. These molds enable you to create profiteroles that are always uniform in shape and size. They speed up preparation by allowing the dough to be placed in the cavities and cooled, making the product immediately ready for use in production.
