This chef’s knife is part of a special series of stainless steel chef’s knives, elegantly designed with top-level cutting quality. The blade is made of carbon steel, with at least 1% carbon. This results in a high hardness of 60 HRC and a long-lasting, razor-sharp edge. The sharp edge is also due to the traditional sharpening method, known as the ‘Kesselschen Walkschliff’. This is a very labor-intensive sharpening technique, done entirely by hand, but the result is stunning. The cutting experience of the K-series is therefore at an exceptionally high level. The handle feels comfortable in the hand and is perfectly balanced with the blade. The slim handle ensures relaxed cutting.
