Jim Beam Double Oak has, like every bourbon, matured in a charred barrel. After this maturation process, the bourbon further matured in another charred oak barrel. The two charred barrels create a unique bourbon with a distinctive oak flavor, enriched with flavors of grain, fruit, and smoldering wood with sweet notes. The charred wood is reflected in the aromas with notes of caramel and vanilla.
