As the name suggests, By The Dutch Batavia Arrack is a rum originating from the Netherlands. The rum is aged for eight years in oak barrels and is made from sugarcane. During the fermentation process, red rice is added to the rum, giving the drink a delicious authentic flavor. Enjoy it neat with ice, or mix it with, for example, cola.
