Thanks to the double distillation vat and thus uninterrupted distillation process of the Coffey Still, this Japanese gin is characterized by a luxurious, silky texture. In addition to the traditional botanicals, Japanese citrus fruits such as Yuzu, Kabosu, and Amanatsu are used, supplemented with apples. This combination, with a subtle addition of Japanese Sansho pepper, results in a complex and refreshing gin with a refined, gently tingling finish.
