Jura 18YO first matures in small batch bourbon casks and then in red Premier Grand Cru Classé wine casks from Bordeaux. Due to the special maturation of the 18YO, you can recognize notes of raisins, figs, ginger spice, and soft licorice, but you can also find flavors like forest fruits: blackberries, red currants, and raspberries.
