The Riserva Gaia from Mazzetti is made from typical Piedmontese grapes; moscato and cortese. The grappa is also aged for more than 18 months in barrels of oak and chestnut wood. Finally, the grappa from various barrels is blended into a sweet fruity and lightly spicy riserva.
