Aelred Crème de Châtaigne pairs perfectly with a cheese platter, game, in sauces, dishes, desserts, pastries, chocolate (milk), in coffee, as a liqueur, or in a cocktail with, for example, whisky, apple juice, lemon juice, and ice.
