Saint James VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) is a fine rhum agricole which, after distillation in the traditional way, has rested for about 4.5 years in mostly ex-Bourbon barrels and partly new American oak barrels. Saint James VSOP can be drunk either neat or as part of a mix or cocktail.
