The rums in this refined blend are first aged in Barbados for between eight and fifteen years, then rested on French oak for another two to ten years. Plantation XO 20th Anniversary owes its elegant complexity partly to the variety of wood types and the way they are processed. The Plantation XO 20th gives a beautiful aroma of flowers and fruit. The palate begins with sweet vanilla and coconut and then takes you to sweet milk chocolate. The subtle mango notes reveal the extensive aging on French oak.
