This sauvignon comes from the vineyards of the ancient village of Puichéric, 20 kilometers east of Carcassonne, in the department of Aude. The Mediterranean climate, the calcareous clay soils, and the vinification methods make it possible to obtain this fruity and elegant wine.
Tasting notes: bright yellow color with a green sheen. Powerful aromas of citrus (lemon and grapefruit) and notes of exotic fruit (lychee and mango).
Serving: serve cool (10°C) as an aperitif or with fish dishes.
