This sauvignon comes from the vineyards of the old village of Puichéric, 20 kilometers east of Carcassonne, in the department of Aude. The Mediterranean climate, the calcareous clay soils, and the vinification methods make it possible to obtain this fruity and elegant wine.
Tasting notes: red cherry color, fruity and spicy aromas (hints of red fruit and pepper). Smoothness and finesse stand out. The tannins are silky, making this merlot very easy.
Serving: serve at room temperature (16°C) with red meat or cheeses.
