This sauvignon comes from the vineyards of the ancient village of Puichéric, 20 kilometers east of Carcassonne, in the department of Aude. The Mediterranean climate, the calcareous clay soils, and the vinification methods make it possible to obtain this fruity and elegant wine.
Tasting notes: golden color with a light green sheen. Characteristic nose of white flowers along with aromas of white fruit (peach and pear). In the mouth, the pleasure of the fruit combined with a buttery sensation lingers in a beautiful persistent finish.
Serving: ideal with white meat or fish.
