This sauvignon comes from the vineyards of the ancient village of Puichéric, 20 kilometers east of Carcassonne, in the department of Aude. The Mediterranean climate, the calcareous clay soils, and the vinification methods make it possible to obtain this fruity and elegant wine.
Tasting notes: beautiful pink color with orange hints. Fresh and aromatic nose of raspberries and strawberries. Fresh taste and persistent mouth of red fruit.
Serving: serve cool (10°C) with a salad or grilled meat.
