The Brut Rosé Non-vintage is made from multiple harvest years. The specific style and color are obtained by adding 8% still red wine from old vines from the area of Ay and from another plot called 'Meurtet'. The red wine is made by the cellar master of Deutz. After 3 years on lees, the aromas are soft and in harmony with each other, leading to subtle scents and an interesting mix of softness and freshness in taste.
Beautiful color variations with strong shades of pink and a refined mousse. The nose is fresh and direct with aromas reminiscent of cherries, blackberries, pomegranates, and red berries. The taste perfectly follows the nose with fresh strawberries and raspberries in the finish. Delightful as an aperitif. Excellent in combination with salmon, carpaccio, duck, roasted lamb chops, and fresh creamy cheeses.
