Since 1763, the Cattier family has been making Premier Cru Champagne. Champagne from selected vineyards with a Premier Cru status. So a better, steeper location with more hours of sunshine. The champagne is a blend: 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir, and 25% Chardonnay. That is indeed the classic blend for Champagne. It has layers and complexity. It is a lively bubble, but very fine and elegant. The finish is long.
