Rose Sauvage is not like other rosé Champagnes. The dynamic color arises from a larger portion of Pinot Noir, which is first made into red wine before being added to the mix. Aging for 24 months in the cellars completes the magic. Soft, warm taste with an aroma of red plums, clementines, blood orange, and a hint of pistachio. Awarded 92 points in the Wine Spectator and a silver medal at the International Wine Spirit Competition.
