Pinot noir is the only grape variety used in Alsace to produce red wines, with characteristic fruit flavors such as cherries, blackcurrants, and raspberries, fine tannins, and lively flavors. Ideal with charcuterie platters, white meat, barbecues, terrines, and cheeses like Reblochon.
