This Crémant de Loire is made from 70% chenin blanc, 20% cabernet franc, and 10% chardonnay. Light yellow in color with silver reflections. On the nose, lemon, mandarin, and exotic fruit. Strong, persistent bubbles with a soft taste of berries and a hint of lemon. Ideal as an aperitif, with shellfish and grilled fish, or with pastries and ice cream.
