Laurinya is the absolute top wine of Château Lauriga. Made from syrah, carignan, and grenache with a maturation of 12 months in oak. Notes of sweet spices, red fruit, and licorice. Concentrated and full. Due to the present acids, this full and rich wine pairs excellently with fatty dishes, such as duck with a bit of foie gras.
