Cuvée Étoile has a crystal-clear pink color with pearly hues. The first impression on the nose is suggestive of grapefruit and vanilla. It opens with a delightful lemony and mineral freshness and an explosion of aromas of citrus and exotic fruit. The complex ensemble is elevated by a hint of wild peach, raspberries, and mimosa. The wine is silky, delicious, and spicy upon entry in the mouth, then becomes fuller, thicker, and rounder with notes of mango and passion fruit. The freshness, supported by the spicy character of lime and mandarin peel, leads to a saline finish with a subtle peppery persistence.
