Domaine de la Massole chardonnay is distinguished by a powerful nose of white and yellow fruit, linden blossom, and jasmine. The taste is rich and voluminous thanks to aging on the lees, very harmonious. Delicious with poultry and white meat such as sweetbreads. Good in combination with raw and cooked shellfish as well as sushi and sashimi.
