Domaine des Garrigues Blanc is made from 14% Clairette, 40% Picpoul, 6% Viognier, and 40% Roussanne. Taste: Bright yellow wine with a green tint. A delicate, elegant nose with pronounced floral aromas (acacia). On the palate dry and fruity. Delicious with goat cheese or sardines, fish in sauce, or a seafood casserole.
