Aromas of flowers, followed by raspberry and gooseberry, enhanced by a hint of Espelette pepper. The palate is juicy, developing silky tannins, merging into a finish of cranberry and white pepper. Very enjoyable as an aperitif with a charcuterie platter, but also with grilled meat from the barbecue.
