For this white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, only the roussanne grape has undergone four months of barrel aging. Subsequently, this blend is aged sur lie for a while, making it taste even softer and more elegant. This white wine comes from the Rhône region. The aroma of this wine is nicely ripe with a beautiful spiciness. With scents of pear, apricot, and also some notes of ripe apple. You can tell that this wine has had some barrel aging, but very subtly. A nice start and of course, it's super fun to have a white Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the assortment.
