This rich, oak-aged wine is made from the Roussanne grape, supplemented with Vermentino and Marsanne. It deserves to be served with fish dishes, white meat, poultry with (cream) sauce and is also ideal to pair with vegetarian dishes and cheeses. The wine has beautiful floral aromas and a hint of toasted notes.
