This sauvignon matures for four months 'sur lie' in stainless steel tanks and 5% matures in oak barrels. Elegant, intense, exotic, with aromas of boxwood, gooseberry, white flowers, and passion fruit. A very balanced wine, fresh and powerful, expressive, thirst-quenching, with good persistence. Best enjoyed at 10°C, as an aperitif, with a shrimp and citrus salad, zucchini and ricotta involtini, or scallop carpaccio with a lemon and pink pepper dressing.
