The grapes for this wine come from a 40-hectare organic vineyard of the winery Les Domaines Paul Mas. The philosophy is aimed at preserving the typicity of soil and grape variety while presenting a wine that meets the guest's demand; a lot of fruit concentration, color, aroma, and taste. The result is a rich and full, mild flavor with a beautiful aroma of tropical fruit and subtle notes of toasted bread and vanilla.
