The Limoux terroir is unique with diverse climatic influences and its high altitude. On the hills of the Aude valley, chardonnay is the queen. This chardonnay is rich and smooth with aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, hazelnuts, toffee, and quince with a hint of vanilla and toasted bread. The Mas des Mas Limoux is delightful to serve with, for example, goat cheese or seafood.
