Weingut Grans Fassian is located in the Moselle Valley, in Leiwen, one of the oldest wine regions in Germany. Grans-Fassian is a family business with a history that goes back almost 400 years. Gerhard Grans took over the winery from his father Matthias with a vineyard of four hectares at the time, which he slowly but surely expanded with the best locations. Since then, he has focused on top-quality dry wines. Gerhard Grans' daughter Catherina is the thirteenth generation now at the helm of the winery. Aromas of fresh fruit and powerful juiciness. The taste contains notes of white peach and ripe apricot and has a fine acid structure and is elegant. Pairs well with aperitif, shellfish, and Oriental dishes.
