Each year, the best grapes are selected to produce Phi, a single vineyard blend and our iconic wine. The concept of this wine is inspired by Phi (1.618), or the golden ratio, a part hidden in the shape of many elements in nature such as the human body, the growth of trees and flowers, the arms of galaxies, and the spiral sequence of the ammonite marine fossils.
