The wine has an intense golden hue. On the nose, beautiful Botrytis notes with honeycomb and apricots. On the palate, juicy aromas of dried pears and green figs together with delightful sweetness and an elegant, lingering finish. Perfect with almost any cheese, but the classic combination of blue cheese with dried fig is great. Also recommended with apple pie or tiramisu. Once opened, this wine can easily be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
