This vegan Chianti Classico Riserva is made from 100% sangiovese and aged for 12 to 16 months in large wooden barrels, followed by six months of bottle aging. Thanks to the short skin contact, it is very soft in taste, making it perfect with various (vegan) dishes. Contains aromas of fruit and soft spices. The taste includes notes of cherries, red fruit, and vanilla. Pairs well with vegetable dishes and pastas.
