Domaine d'O pinot noir is a ruby red wine with a fine freshness and light, round tannins. This wine is aged for 65% in steel tanks and 35% in wooden barrels. The soft aromas of ripe red fruit and gentle spices make it perfect for boeuf Bourguignon or with fatty fish like salmon or roasted poultry. Lightly chilled, also very nice with Mediterranean dishes such as tuna and swordfish, and delicious with local vegetables and herbs. A delightful glass to drink in between.
