Barrel Fermented White Mantel is a golden yellow wine with beautiful green reflections. The powerful and expressive aroma contains notes of ripe fruit, tropical notes, sweet spices, and fine cocoa. A tasty, slightly oily wine with a nice acidity. The verdejo grapes mature on the lees in new barrels of American and French oak.
