The Prados wines from Bodega Pagos del Moncayo are known for their unique character. The winery is located at the foot of the Sierra del Moncayo, in the heart of the Iberian mountain range. The work in the vineyards, from pruning to harvesting, is done entirely by hand. In 2011, the enterprising Dutch couple Louis Geirnaerdt and Eugenie van Ekeris joined as co-owners. Their extensive experience and international knowledge of the wine sector have given the wines of Bodega Pagos del Moncayo a new impetus. The syrah has an honest fruity aroma of violets, cherries, and black fruit, but also notes of truffle and olives. A wine with a full body and soft tannins.
