Everything is done to preserve the fruit and freshness of the Chardonnay grapes, from skin maceration to cold pressing and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. An attractive light yellow color with a golden hue. The complex and intense aroma opens with scents of white blossom and fruits such as white nectarine, lychee, and pear, mixed with soft roasted hazelnut. On the palate, a very fine, elegant, and juicy start that shows freshness, good substance, and excellent acidity. This reveals the generous and seductive mid-palate with flavors of pineapple, mango, and nectarine along with delicate notes.
