Grillo Luna

The Grillo grape variety is on the rise. Many Sicilian winemakers, such as the Vaccaro family, are returning to their indigenous grape variety—and rightly so! This Grillo from the Luna series is fresh and juicy, a savory white wine for simple enjoyment. Thanks to a slow fermentation of 3 weeks at 11°C, aromatic citrus fruits develop, giving the wine a special liveliness. Today, Sicilian wines of good quality can still be found at a very fair price. Definitely worth trying!
