The name Rebel Ridge is inspired by the ‘ridge’ where former ‘rebelling’ winemakers used to meet, surrounded by Californian vineyards. The head winemaker, originally from Valpolicella in Italy, wants to make maximum use of the Californian sunshine to create a fresh and juicy chardonnay. Rich and fruity with the classic aromas of oak, vanilla, and butter.
