Tokaj wines have a long history, and their unique character is largely determined by the traditional methods used in their production. The Alvarez family of Tempos Vega Sicilia has only one goal: to restore these vineyards to their former grandeur, with a focus on craftsmanship, passion, and attention to superior quality. In addition to the classic great sweet Tokaj wines, which are made from late-harvested and overripe grapes, they also produce an unmissable dry white Oremus Mandolas. This wine expresses all the special characteristics of the regional Furmint grape.
