Château Sainte Barthès is a characterful rosé from Provence. The vineyards are located on limestone terraces in the communes of Beausset, Sanary, La Cadière, and Le Castellet, where the grapes benefit from a sunny, southwest-facing terroir. Made from Syrah, Rolle, and Grenache. Intense and fresh nose with notes of peach and citrus. On the palate, a fresh attack with aromas of grapefruit and apricot, followed by a persistent and mineral finish. This rosé is versatile and pairs well with appetizers, pasta with fish or vegetables, and vegetarian dishes. Best served lightly chilled.
