Fairly full wine with concentrated notes of citrus, lively acids, and stony minerality. In the aroma pear, citrus, flowers, lemon cream, oatmeal, and marzipan. Nice with poached salmon. Also delicious with a salad of chicken and avocado (also nice with pulled chicken).
