Very good South African sauvignon blanc from Franschhoek, which has a nice body and structure due to the use of a small percentage of semillon. Complex aromas that lead to a creamy, harmonious taste with a long mineral-filled finish. The taste is light, fresh, and fruity. Aging 100% in inox tank. Delicious as an aperitif and an ideal partner with smoked salmon, calamari, shellfish and crustaceans, poultry, and veal.
