Pievalta derives its name from the small pieve, or rural church placed at the entrance of the winery. The estate extends over approximately 39 hectares, divided into three vineyards on the slopes of the Esino Valley. These hills of Castelli di Jesi were formed in the Adriatic Sea, more than 5 million years ago. 100% Montepulciano produced on a plot of 1.5 hectares in the center of Maiolati Spontini. These vines provide a small red spot in a sea of Verdicchio. It is a smooth wine with fresh and mineral notes. Delicious with tofu burgers, cold cuts, salami, and cheeses.
