Crudo White is a Southern Italian wine made from two indigenous Sicilian grape varieties: Cattarratto and Zibibbo. Cataratto is the most common grape variety in Sicily. Zibbibo, better known as the muscat of Alexandria, explains the taste of the grape; this means 'raisins'.
