This white wine comes from La Cave St. Maurice, located at the foot of the Cevennes. Fruity and aromatic wine with a golden yellow color and a fresh nose of anise. On the palate, a beautiful note of stone fruit and a hint of melon. Delicious with a piece of smoked salmon or a fresh salad with smoked chicken.
