Deep yellow with golden reflections, open and very expressive, aromas of apricot and honey. Ample start, round and balanced. Rich aromas with a generous finish. An ideal aperitif, a companion for brunches, but also perfect to pair with white meat or poultry in sauce. Generous and abundant, it will reveal a perfect harmony with dishes composed of mushrooms (chanterelle, porcini, or truffles).
